DCBID Placemaking

The Downtown Center District is positioned to play an important role in the ongoing evolution of the Greater Downtown Area, including its physical environment and corresponding human activity. The purpose of the Placemaking Opportunities Project is to assist the BID in deepening their knowledge and fine tuning their understanding of the downtown urban environment in order to create inspiring opportunities for future placemaking recommendations.
